Come join me for a half day retreat in January where you will have the space to relax and re-charge in beautiful surroundings.
We will start the day with a silent walk to help ground us and quiet the mind.
I will then guide you through a nurturing asana (posture) practice which will prepare you for yoga nidra (guided relaxation).
Throughout the session I will use meditations to help you reflect over the last year and see what worked for you and what you would prefer to leave behind to help you to step forward into 2019 in a positive way.
We will end the session by sharing a healthy lunch together.
